Ru-Yah -- Contest Entry

Full View, Please!

This is =Petit-Marionette's oc, Ru-Yah, as an entry for her contest. :3

Doing the background for this was really fun. I drew in all the Hierglyphics from a National Geographic magazine. There are three sentences repeated, all of which based of the egyptian belief of death, judgement, and the afterlife.
Unfortunetly I lost the magazine, so I can't give translations at the moment. I will, however, post them as soon as I find those exact sentences. :3
And looking through all these books and magazines inspired me to want to draw more Eygptian style art. Like Anubis. <3

Sadly, she doesn't look as cute as her character is supposed to be. :/
I'm still pretty happy with it, though.
